On Thursday evening, a Los Angeles rapper named Lil Snupe was shot and killed by a ex-convict by the name of Tony D. Holden in an apartment complex in the town of Winniefield, LA.

According to reports, Holden and Snupe were having an argument inside the apartment complex that quickly turned violent. Snupe, who’s real name is Addrean Ross and signed a record deal with MMG rapper Meek Mill’sDreamchasers” label last year, was shot twice in the torso and declared dead at the scene by the corner.

“The incident all started over a video game bet, which Holden supposedly cheated Ross out of a couple dollars,” a report that Police Lt. Charles Curry confirms to the Shreveport Times.

36 year-old Holden, who’s also a local resident, is said to have a long rap sheet that includes drug charges, forcible rape, second-degree kidnapping and battery with a dangerous weapon.

LAPD tells reporters, Holden has been charged with first-degree murder, armed robbery and illegal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Warrants have therefore been issued for each of the charges.

HipHopwired reports, Holden still remains at large– and stands 5ft 8″, weighs around 215 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes… police says he should be considered armed and dangerous.
