Lamar Odom Signs A Contract With A Spanish Basketball League In Spain

Don’t call it a comeback!

The last time we heard about former Clipper’s player Lamar Odom was when his wife, Khloe Kardashian, filed for divorce in December (2013) and sold their marital home for nearly $4 million.

Well, Khloe’s estranged hubby has signed a short-term contract with Spanish basketball club, Laboral Kutxa, after a spot opened up due to a player being injured on the court.

“We’re very happy to have signed a very important player who has had a long and fruitful career in the NBA,” said Josean Querejeta, president of Laboral Kutxa. “We’ve worked very hard over the last couple of days to make this happen. We felt we needed a boost and had to break the collective cloud that has been hanging over us over the last while so we could get back to winning.”

34-year-old Odom could make his debut as early as Saturday when Laboral Kutxa plays Valladolid. The deal also includes an option to extend the contract until the end of the season.
