Last week, “Keeping Up With The Kardashian” reality star Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom filed a petition to have the court dismiss their divorce filing, but Kardashian says that doesn’t mean they’re reconciling after the former NBA star was found unconscious in a Las Vegas brothel… ‘it’s going to be a process!’
Though reports say Khloé and Lamar, 35, are back together, People Magazine is now reporting that “they are not officially a couple.”
In a new interview with People, Khloé set’s the record straight.
“It’s out in the media that we are back together, but I wish people understood that’s not in our thought process right now,” Kardashian told the magazine. “There are too many other important things, too many medical things. It’s not even in our brains thinking about us as a couple or having a relationship right now.”
Khloe also explained that “there is no rush” to finalize the divorce legally, because she doesn’t know what the future holds for them.”It’s not anything sexual or intimate,” she continued. “I want to be his support system. Tragedy does make you reassess a lot of things, but when it comes to our relationship, it’s the same, except I’m here supporting him fully.”
“I’m not trying to get married tomorrow to anybody,” Khloé explained to the magazine. “It’s just bad timing to proceed with that right now. And also for medical reasons, it’s just smarter that gets on hold for a minute. But that does not mean I’m back with Lamar. That’s a whole other thing that only time will tell. I can’t tell you what tomorrow brings.”
Odom is still hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles, where he was transferred to last week. Reports claim the NBA player’s rehab stay could take as much as six months.
Khloe’s exes are still bitter about her decision to let them go to tend to Lamar.
