We all know that Nicki Minaj and Lil’ Kim hasn’t seen eye-to-eye since Nicki became the rap star she is today. But a new beef between Nicki and Remy has caused Remy and Lil’ Kim to form an alliance that is said to be a “massive attack” on Minaj.
According to reports, Remy Ma’s first order of business after landing a new recording deal is to team up with Kim to shade the hell outta Minaj.
Sources close to Remy told TMZ, Columbia Records exec Shawn Holiday signed Remy to a multi-million dollar deal, and Remy immediately started working with Nicki’s arch nemesis, Kim. We’re told their track is called, “Wake Me Up.”
The track is riddled with subliminal shots at Nicki:
— “That crown I’m gon take that sh*t. Cause you a clown and homie don’t play that sh*t.”
— “I heard he lay that d***. You let them filet that fish. You just met him how he bae that quick?”
It is said that Remy also took shots at Nicki’s relationship with rapper Nas, which we must say took off pretty quickly following her split from Meek Mill.
The music video for Lil Kim and Remy Ma’s new single, “Wake Me Up,” was shot last week in the Bronx.
TMZ also reports that Remy has a new manager too … Vincent Herbert, who once managed his now estranged wife, Tamar Braxton, before she filed for divorce and pop star Lady Gaga.
