* fewer skin cells are repaired or replace quickly

* The sun and pollution commence showing their effects on your epidermis by wearing down collagen and elastin, which give the skin its elasticity.

* Your consistent diet actually starts to show its effects on the skin. Your bad diet failed to provide the nutrients your epidermis needed to be flexible, hydrated, oxygenated, and healthy.

* The un-healthy skin products you’ve been using commence to show their bad effects on your skin layer.

Now, you can see that skin beauty relies on what form of food you eat, how we have exposed you to sunshine and pollution, and what chemicals your facial and skin products have. Excessive exposure to the sun’s rays and pollution will damage the skin and accelerate its aging appearance – liver spots, blotches, wrinkles, roughness, sagging.

Here is something you can do to reduce the aging skin:

* Use sunscreen each day – You can decrease wrinkle formation and in many cases prevent it, the use of sunscreen early within your life. Use sunscreen made up of Zinc Oxide. Sodas, sugary drinks, tea, (except herb teas) coffee or milk aren’t water. Rotate between buying and drinking Reverse Osmosis and Distilled water.

* Minimize consuming alcohol. Alcohol may result in spider veins and broken capillaries. It also causes your epidermis to become dehydrated.

* Eat more fruit and veggies. They provide lots of antioxidants, which save you from sun and pollution damage.

* Take an antioxidant supplement, that should include approximately 2000 mg of vitamin C. You might have to take the Vitamin C separate.
