After a furious resurgence in recent weeks, the beef between Drake and Pusha-T appears to be cooling down. Having a bit of fun with the situation earlier today (June 7), Drizzy’s father Dennis Graham served up a funny dad joke about King Push while speaking with the folks at TMZ.

Graham’s interaction isn’t all that long, but it’s fairly priceless. He begins by feigning ignorance of the Clipse rapper’s identity.

“Who?” Graham begins when asked about the G.O.O.D. Music President. “I don’t know Pusha-T. I don’t know anything about anybody named Pusha-T, and if I did, I would push their tee,” he continues as he’s met with laughter.

For those who haven’t been keeping score, the 6ix God and Pusha had reportedly been exchanging subliminals for years before Push dissed Drake on his Daytona album closer, “Infrared.” On the track, the My Name Is My Name rapper points toward Drizzy’s alleged usage of ghostwriters—namely, Quentin Miller.

In a response track titled “Duppy Freestyle,” Drake accuses his rival of exaggerating the extent of his drug dealing past. The Toronto rapper also makes time to throw some shade at his one-time collaborator, Kanye West.

A few days later, Pusha clapped back at Drizzy with “The Story of Adidon,” a scathing freestyle that accuses the Toronto Raptors ambassador of keeping the existence of his alleged son a secret.

Naturally, the media had a field day, with one of those personalities being media veteran Wendy Williams. After Williams appeared to support Pusha’s side of the rap beef, Drake’s pops clapped back on Instagram, saying he’d lost respect for the longtime reporter.
